I work with women who want to reconnect with themselves - their body, their sensitivity, and their inner rhythm. My path is rooted in lived experience. Through my own transformations, moments of loss, healing, and deep listening to the body.
I learned that wholeness is not something to achieve - it’s something to remember.
I combine body-based practices, voice, yoga, and subtle energy work to create spaces where women can slow down, feel safe, and return to themselves without pressure or force.
This course is not about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to who you already are.
