My name is Irina. I was born in Siberia and have been living in Germany for the past 10 years, happily married to my loving husband. But my life has not always been like this…

I went through destructive relationships, burnout, a women’s health diagnosis, loss of my cycle for 1.5 years, and even an ectopic pregnancy. These painful experiences pushed me to search for healing. Through yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and deep work with the female cycle, I restored my health, regained balance, and found harmony in my life.

About Irina Dinnebier

I’m Irina Dinnebier.
I work with women who want to reconnect with themselves - their body, their sensitivity, and their inner rhythm. My path is rooted in lived experience. Through my own transformations, moments of loss, healing, and deep listening to the body.
I learned that wholeness is not something to achieve - it’s something to remember.
I combine body-based practices, voice, yoga, and subtle energy work to create spaces where women can slow down, feel safe, and return to themselves without pressure or force.
This course is not about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to who you already are.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I take this course if I have amenorrhea?

Yes. You can follow the course using the lunar calendar (menstruation on the waning moon, ovulation on the new moon). This method helped me personally restore my cycle after 1.5 years of amenorrhea. If you need deeper support, you can book a Reiki session with me.

Should I go through the course in order?

The first time, yes — to get a full overview. Later, you can use the practices in alignment with your own menstrual calendar or specific needs (e.g. Yoga Nidra for sleep).

Is this only a yoga course?

No. Yoga is only one tool. The course also includes meditations, healing techniques, and practical knowledge from my personal journey and studies.

Can I take this course if I have health issues or injuries?

If you have recent injuries, surgeries (less than 6 months ago), or severe spine/joint problems, it’s better to avoid yoga practices. But the meditations, Yoga Nidra, and energy practices are safe and beneficial.

What if I experience heavy bleeding during menstruation?

You can still take the course but focus more on meditations and restorative techniques (Yoga Nidra, Inner Girl Healing, Chakra Harmonization). If you need support, Reiki sessions can help address the root cause.

Is there an option for individual support?

Yes. I offer personal mentoring and Reiki sessions for women who want deeper, individualized guidance. Availability for mentorimg is limited to 1–2 clients at a time.
